• Factoring in the results of the Needs Assessment, Global will create an Emergency Plan that clearly outlines the ways your organization will prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.

• Stage Three: Exercise Design and Delivery
• Our exercises are designed to identify your organization’s response strengths and weaknesses, while also providing your staff with the opportunity to utilize response resources and rehearse their roles during an emergency situation.
