Vern Biccum
Vern Biccum started out with Global Consulting in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager. At that time he managed a variety of pandemic related projects for corporate and government clients. Monique joined Global Medical Services in 2011 as the Paramedic Program Coordinator. She manages all aspects of the program from scheduling and deployment to streamlining processes and assisting GMS in furthering it's brand recognition within industry. read more »

Naomi Kajiwara comes from a diverse professional background including athletics, fine arts and public service. She graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and continued her personal and professional pursuits in both creative and administrative endeavours. read more »
Julie Turley
Julie joined Global in 2011 brining over 10 years of Sales and Customer Service experience. As our lead Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Sales Representative, Julie helps our customers set up AED programs that fit their needs. She provides our clients with product comparisons, specifications, pricing and information on the indispensable components needed for a successful AED program. read more »
Graham Dodd
Since 1998, Dr. Dodd has practiced emergency medicine at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC. During that time he served as Chief of Emergency Medicine as well as Director of Trauma Services and Critical Care Transport. read more »
Lynda Fletcher
Lynda has been with Global since 2003, having initially joined the company as a receptionist. In the intervening years, her roles and responsibilities have expanded to include various duties within both the Health Preparedness and Emergency Preparedness divisions of the company. read more »
Oliver Zihlmann
Keen on bringing his analytical and management skills to the private sector, Oliver joined Global Consulting as a Project Manager in January 2008. He is currently contributing to a number of emergency preparedness projects, with a particular focus on planning for an influenza pandemic. read more »

Nancy Oakley
Nancy Oakley joined the organization in 2010. Her responsibilities focus on calendar management, meeting and travel planning, project coordination support and interfacing with staff, consultants, clients and vendors. read more »
Ingrid Vaughan
As Manager of Human Resources and Communication, Ingrid is responsible for overseeing and implementing Global’s human resource strategies, and overseeing the company’s marketing and communications. Ingrid works closely with the management team in the delivery of HR and communications programs and processes. read more »
