Pandemic Preparedness Working Group of the Conference Board of Canada

The Conference Board of Canada’s Pandemic Preparedness Working Group is comprised of senior leadership from a cross section of industry that meet to discuss and investigate the organizational and operational perspectives of dealing with pandemics. Global lead a half-day session on the use of exercises in the context of pandemic planning, consisting of an overview of exercise types and usage considerations followed by a pandemic themed tabletop exercise. The session was well received by participants as the following quote attests:
