Home Trust solicited Global’s services to conduct a corporate Needs Assessment for the purposes of providing the company with an objective assessment of its existing level of pandemic preparedness. Following from the completion of a series of questionnaires and interviews with a cross section of staff, Global delivered an overview of corporate strengths and weaknesses as well as a planning guide to be used by the company as it furthers its pandemic planning efforts.
