Export Development Canada

Global was contracted by EDC to review, analyze, and provide recommendations for the revision/expansion of the organization’s Public Health Emergency Policy. The review involved a comparative analysis of similar policies in workplaces across Canada, in addition to interviews of key planning team members internal to Export Development Canada (EDC).

Global was also engaged to develop a workplace pandemic influenza mitigation strategy as part of the organization’s larger overall pandemic planning efforts. This work included the development of employee screening tools, the provision of medical direction oversight, and the creation of staff educational materials.
