Emergency Response Tabletop Exercises

Global Consulting developed and facilitated two tabletop exercises at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre. The exercises were designed to rehearse coordinated and efficient emergency response by the public/private management partnership of Fraser Health, the Cancer Centre and Access Health Abbotsford. During the sessions, the management group worked as a team to efficiently plan and respond to different emergency scenarios that they could face in the future.
