Canadian Food Inspection Agency

Global was contracted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to review a draft version of the Emergency Response Plan for the Finance, Administration, and Information Technology branch of the organization. In addition to assessing the plan’s clarity, flow, and comprehensiveness, the review identified plan strengths as well as opportunities for improvement.
