Canada Line Emergency Response Procedures

Global had the privilege of providing consulting services for the Canada Line project for Protrans BC Operations Ltd, a division of SNC Lavalin. We were able to develop and deliver:

• Consultations regarding Incident Command System (ICS) processes and integrated emergency response for contractors/site management and first response agencies.
• Best practices for the design of written materials (flowcharts/detailed tasks) for emergency response procedures that included;
  • An overview purpose and application for the procedures
  • An outline of overarching responsibilities during the response
  • A colour-coded flowchart depicting the key response tasks
  • A chronological list of detailed tasks for each response position and supporting agency
