  • Consultants on record tasked to work with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority’s Bioterrorism Response Advisory Team (BRAT) to integrate the 2004 Canadian Smallpox Contingency Plan into a provincial framework for the Ministry of Health Services, Government of British Columbia.
  • Developed novel strategies to formalize provincial response mechanisms, including the mobilization of mass vaccination clinics.
  • Conducted extensive research of other provincial, national, and international bioterrorism response plans.
  • Final provincial template approved by the Ministry of Health Services and Health Canada in March 2004.
